Information you provide

Our trial enquiry form asks for a parent or carer’s name, phone number and the child’s age. Email, program, level and location are optional. We use these details to respond, discuss a suitable class and follow up on your enquiry. Submitting the form does not confirm a booking or sign you up for marketing.

How the enquiry service works

When online enquiries are enabled, Cloudflare hosts the website, processes the form and stores enquiry records in its D1 database. An email notification is sent to the LLX enquiry inbox for our team to follow up. Our email provider processes and stores those notifications. These service providers may process information outside Australia.

Cloudflare also processes technical information, such as your IP address and security verification data, to operate the website and help prevent spam. If the form is labelled “Preview only”, form details are checked in your browser and are not submitted or saved by the enquiry service.

Keeping and updating information

Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and necessary business records. Contact us to ask about retention or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to check your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
